You are Enough

You are enough. The you that you are right now is enough. It doesn’t take the career achievement that you have been looking for or the perfect relationship showing up just how you always imagined to get there. You, right now, are as enough as you ever will and can be.

This is a simple truth about humanity that we have lost touch with. Society has made our existence a competition. We feel shame over things we can’t control and base our worthiness on things like the numbers on a scale or how many people clicked a like button.

What would happen if you stopped playing that game? How would you live your life if you knew in your bones you were enough and nothing could take that from you?

My job is to help you see through the games you have been told you need to play and to keep coming back to the place in you that never needs to question your worthiness.

Hi, I’m Jeremy and I want to welcome you and thank you for looking for support for yourself, I know it takes courage. I also want you to know that there is nothing broken or wrong about you. I understand some things in your life might have you feeling stuck, lost, or unsatisfied — and that doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with you.

What if you didn’t have to do it all alone? My role is to be a guide on your journey and help you find your way through the dark and back to the person you most want to be. A guide on your journey

My passion is helping people become more of their authentic selves. This passion led me to become a licensed therapist and refine my technique through a Master’s degree in Mindfulness Based Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University. I consider myself to be on a lifelong journey of self-development and personal growth and love working with clients that have the same passion to do this self work.

When I’m in a session with someone, I’m listening on a number of different levels. It’s common for me to say, “when you were talking I also heard this ___, does that feel true to you?” This often gives clients an insight into their motivations and brings awareness, choice and empowerment. I use a variety of modalities, including: mindfulness, dismantling limiting beliefs, somatic, radical compassion, existential, transpersonal, narrative, family systems, and Gestalt.
